It’s time to get your teams together againVirtually now; in person and outdoors when we can
Your leadership team needs support now, so together you can continue to adapt to the changes that lie ahead.
From the middle of March to the middle of May 2020, we researched what leaders and coaches think their teams need to help them continue to respond positively to the COVID-19 crisis. They told us:
“Leadership teams will not succeed if they stay in the current mode.
To really get our organization performing in 2021, teams need to be supported to help them continue to perform at each stage of the changes we now face.”

Find out what people told us here
So far, leaders and their teams have generally responded to the COVID crisis brilliantly. People have been firefighting, adapting, collaborating, focusing and showing more compassion for others. Largely, this has worked.
However, now it’s time to look ahead. While still coping with the impacts of lockdown, we must start planning to reopen – which for many will be a significant challenge.
These are the top 5 leadership questions teams want time to think about now:
About the programme
We designed this new programme in direct response to the Covid-19 crisis and in collaboration with the leaders and coaches who took part in our online conversations.
People told us they want to work together now. While we can’t get together in person yet, we can get started virtually. Our Virtual Coach, Remote Team, Coaching approach is proven and ready to support you today.
What teams want to work on together:
How this programme will help you
The programme combines individual coaching calls with three pairs of 2½ hour online group sessions. Each pair of sessions is split over two days and so includes time for overnight reflection. As in a normal residential programme, this overnight reflection allows feelings and concerns to surface and so will help your teams work on deeper issues.
The programme leads directly from here to face-to-face sessions. When the current COVID-19 restrictions are eased we will bring your team together to work offsite. This part of the programme will include some time outdoors, an area in which we have particular expertise and resources.
The change you’ll see
The programme will help your leadership team:
- Feel supported, valued and heard
- Understand where they are now
- Look ahead to the challenges to come
- Be clear about its priorities
- Have a collective approach where everyone is clear about their own and others’ responsibilities
- Feel motivated and ready to perform, now and in 2021
The benefits you’ll enjoy
Duration: 3 months plus face to face sessions when current restrictions are eased.
Venue: Online and, when COVID-19 restrictions ease, at Orchard House and your place of work.
