Margaret has more than 20 years’ experience as consultant and coach working with senior leaders in banking, professional services, consumer goods, media, engineering and the public sector.
She has been a global change consultant at Thomson Reuters, a senior leader at LCCI, and Professional Practice Lead for Coaching at GP Strategies. For 15 years she was a Visiting Fellow at the Centre for Leadership Learning and Change at Cass Business School in London.
Margaret helps her clients widen their perspective and respond effectively to today’s complex challenges. Through empathy, insight and challenge, she helps them recognise their personal patterns of behaviour and impact on others, widen their perspective and respond effectively to the complex challenges and dilemmas of a VUCA world.
