Lisa is a professional coach, coach trainer and facilitator. In 2017 she went to the USA to train as an Equine Facilitated Coach, a role she now carries out with us here Orchard House.
Lisa began her career in corporate HR before setting up as a freelance development professional. She has worked across Europe with organisations including Accenture, Barclays, Diageo, HSBC, the NHS, Unilever, Ambition School Leadership and Skanska, most of which have been her clients over the long term.
Lisa specialises in helping leaders become more resilient, resourceful and creative in challenging circumstances. She has seen many of her clients change through equine facilitated coaching, in particular by understanding how their leaderships style affects themselves and their relationships with others.
