Danela has worked extensively as an executive individual and team coach, facilitator and e-learning design specialist across Asia, Europe and Africa. Her clients include Microsoft, Barclays, Puig, Unilever, PMI.
She has been a director and partner of YSA (a leadership consultancy), and a principal consultant with the Bath Consultancy Group.
Danela specialises in coaching leaders, systemic team coaching and supporting other coaches. Her work with OHP includes helping the executive team from a major global bank successfully lead change by shifting their individual and collective behaviours, delivered through a team coaching session which included equine assisted coaching and ecosystem immersion.
Danela is known for her authentic style, in particular in helping people transition to new roles, new cultures and new life paths.
