Online Workshops

Like so many other businesses, now is not quite business as usual for us. However, we are still able to support you online.

To find out how we can best do this, in late March we had conversations with 50 people from our network of coaches, leaders and HR and L&D managers. We asked:

What would be most helpful to you now?

The consensus was a series of online workshops over the coming months that cover:

  • How to iterate ‘leapfrog’ thinking to make the most of the future upswing
  • How to make virtual sessions human-centred and so more effective
  • How to deliver resilient leadership in a crisis, remotely and with empathy
  • How to help remote-working teams develop resilience and maintain performance
  • How to manage your productivity, wellbeing and mental health
  • How to leverage innovation in sales and client relationships to be on top of the upswing

These workshops will help you, your teams and your organisation as a whole, get through this crisis and be ready to respond positively when the recovery and reinvention phase begins.

How the workshops will run

We truly are all in this together and need to learn from and support each other. Therefore, each workshop will run as an active learning session and dialogue, not a webinar.

Each workshop will:

  1. Have a clear goal which we will share at the start
  2. Be based in reality and what we are all observing
  3. Allow everyone to contribute and share their experiences
  4. Use breakout rooms for smaller group discussions
  5. End with a summary of the action you can take

Number of people: Maximum of 20 for each workshop

Cost: £100.00 per person per workshop

  • Consider the programmes we need for the new times we’re in
