Paul is a learning consultant and coach who excels in unlocking potential through practical application. He has a particular interest in taking learning outside and has run many experiential training courses outdoors, often with life-changing results for the participants.
Paul began his career in the army where he commanded soldiers on operations in many different countries, including Afghanistan. Since leaving the army Paul has worked across a number of sectors, including banking, technology and manufacturing. Notably, he held a senior development role at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Paul is known for his charismatic and people-focussed style and for working with energy and drive.
