For many of us, our resilience has been tested over the last year – whether from lockdown, professional challenges, working from home, and the pressures of home schooling or family loss and illness. With still much uncertainty ahead, join our online sessions to re-set your approach.
Resilience is not about endurance; it is about our capacity to adapt and grow and at this time many of us need to re-set our approach to how we stay resilient for the longer term.
We are offering a series of 90 minute online small group coaching sessions, where we will help you reconnect in an embodied way and explore the wider reality of what is happening in your life and work. Come prepared to listen and be supported in a confidential setting.

Session timings for programme 1: 16.00 pm – 17.30 pm GMT+ 1 every 2 weeks.
At Orchard House Partners, we have helped a range of leaders and coaches get in touch with how they can build their resilience, through taking a step back to explore their own habitual patterns of response and how to resource and recharge in the outdoors. Recognising ourselves as part of nature and understanding our own connection to a wider ecosystem around us, even if we cannot meet physically, is still a key theme of our approach. We will even bring nature online, and as we step into spring, you can choose to be in your own outside space for some sessions.

Session 1 : 25th February – exploring your current situation and your habitual patterns of Response, held in mind and body, and identifying choices instead of being triggered to react.
Session 2 :11th March – exploring your wider Reality – expanding your perspectives, and your ecosystem working with gratitude.
Session 3 : 25th March – identifying you can build your Resources, how you can self- resource and how you would like to re set the ways you resource yourself .
Session 4 : April 8th exploring how to really Recharge yourself, what works for you and embed Recharge into your daily life.
Session 5 : April 22nd – harnessing what you have learned, so you can Reframe and embed the habits of resilience you have developed, to see the future with new eyes.
Fiona Ellis and Lisa Saunders will facilitate the sessions, and both have deep experience of working with Resilience, and coaching using nature as a source of inspiration.
