For many of us, our resilience has been tested over the last year – whether from lockdown, professional challenges, working from home, and the pressures of home schooling or family loss and illness. With still much uncertainty ahead, join our online sessions to re-set your approach.
Resilience is not about endurance; it is about our capacity to adapt and grow and at this time many of us need to re-set our approach to how we stay resilient for the longer term.
We are offering a series of 90 minute online small group coaching sessions, where we will help you reconnect in an embodied way and explore the wider reality of what is happening in your life and work. Come prepared to listen and be supported in a confidential setting.

Join us for this resilience journey – 21st October – 16th December – meeting every 2 weeks.
Session timings for programme 1: 16.00 pm – 17.30 pm GMT+ 1 every 2 weeks.
At Orchard House Partners, we have helped a range of leaders and coaches get in touch with how they can build their resilience, through taking a step back to explore their own habitual patterns of response and how to resource and recharge in the outdoors. Recognising ourselves as part of nature and understanding our own connection to a wider ecosystem around us, even if we cannot meet physically, is still a key theme of our approach. We will even bring nature online, and as we step into spring, you can choose to be in your own outside space for some sessions.
Session 1: 21st October – Exploring your own patterns of reaction to triggers and how you can choose a different Response in the moment.
Session 2: 4th November- Gaining a wider perspective on Reality to allow you to step back and consider other perspectives.
Session 3: 18th November – Examining how you currently Resource yourself and who and what resources you need.
Session 4: 2nd December – Exploring how to really Recharge yourself, what works for you , how to set boundaries and how to embed Recharge into your daily life.
Session 5: 16th December – Harnessing what you have learned, so you can Reframe and embed the habits of resilience you have developed, to see the future with new eyes.
We set up a 15 minute call with each person who joins the programme to help establish what participants aim to achieve, based on individual learning needs.

“Very insightful. I came away from the coaching with a fresh perspective. Using the Resilience Model really helped the flow as each person shared experiences on the day.“ Karen Morton
“The resilience workshop was fabulous. It allowed me to take time to recharge and build my ability to cope and bounce back from challenges that I’m facing. A key insight was to re-frame the issues where I was stuck. I feel stronger and more resilient as a result of my experience and would recommend it to others.” Deborah Brown
“Well what a fantastic 1 1/2 hours last night . I thoroughly enjoyed it. One person was in Austria such a mixed group, so beneficial, tell you more when I see you. Remember : Resilience is about bending not breaking.” Ann Owen, Senior Nurse
“I would absolutely recommend this time to anyone – even those that think that they know about or “have” resilience already! A pragmatic and inspirational programme that acts as a really great way to hit the “reset” button in your mind and with actions to put into place. I will take some of the tools and language forward in my personal and professional life always and offering a space on sessions to some of my team members. Honestly feels like a spa break every couple of weeks for your mind” Sarah Lander-Scott, Barchester Healthcare.
“The timing of this programme was perfect for me – I really wanted to recharge and give some energy to how I might notice and break patterns I’d got stuck in, and I really value being in a diverse network of others who are keen to learn and support each other. The programme team were open participants & excellent guides – & most I really appreciate their soft coaching along the way.” Jayne Hawkins, National Lottery Fund
