October 11-13th 2021
At a time when many are questioning their purpose and how they live and work, we are offering a chance to take a deeper dive into growing your own resilience through an immersive learning experience at Orchard House. Developing greater resilience allows you to reframe your experiences and address your own patterns and responses to what life and work bring.
Many of us have felt the need to be outside and to connect with nature over the last year, to boost our resilience. If you are looking for a space to really think about your resilience and purpose, join us for a retreat to learn how you can reframe your own resilience.
We offer a profoundly simple framework for increasing resilience and invite you to consider your own responses and patterns, get a wider sense of reality , explore who and what resources you and how you can recharge. We work with you to help you reframe fundamental questions you bring to the workshop and provide support with experienced facilitators, peer coaching groups and solo time.
You will work with experienced coaches, Lisa Saunders and Fiona Ellis, who will help you work through the resilience journey and, if you wish, you can choose to experience equine assisted coaching as a way to see yourself and your impact more clearly as a leader.
After a difficult 18 months, this programme provides time to come up for air and to immerse yourself in nature, no matter what the weather. You have flexibility to choose how you explore the questions you bring with this time outdoors which also includes open fires, walks and mountain views.
We believe that resilience is built by making visceral and deep connections to what matters to you. This process tends to be accelerated in natural spaces which are full of metaphors about choices and change. You will be invited to experience our wild wood, re-wilded fields, ponds, the pagan spring and commercial cider apple orchard to help you make new and more sustainable solutions that parallel the systems you see in nature.
